To help you find the perfect feel, it's important to know that firmness is relative. The feel of a mattress depends on your body weight.
A Simple Rule of Thumb:
- Sleepers under 80kg: May find that this mattress feels firmer than the rating.
- Sleepers 80kg and over: May find that this mattress feels softer than the rating.
Our Recommendation for Durability:
To ensure long-lasting support and prevent sagging, we strongly recommend a mattress of 30cm or thicker for any sleeper 80kg or over, or for couples.

None of our mattress covers should be removed, and they are not washable.Removing the mattress cover could harm the fire safety barrier and void your warranty, so please always leave the cover on. There is a consumer label sewn into your mattress as a reminder not to remove the cover.

You may spot clean your Zinus mattress with a mild soap and clean towel. It is best not to drench the foam and always use a mattress protector to prevent any liquids from penetrating.
